Stretch Therapy (or ST for short) has been developed over the last 25 years by our mentor and friend Kit Laughlin. Kit and his dedicated team of professionals present Stretch Therapy classes and workshops world-wide. Through the creative input and interaction of its many teachers, practitioners and students, Stretch Therapy is constantly evolving.
Stretch Therapy is a comprehensive system that includes stretching, fascial remodelling, strengthening, neural re-patterning, and relaxation.
Applications of the Stretch Therapy approach span rehabilitation of specific physical problems, through development of more efficient alignment and movement patterns, all the way to improvement of elite athletic performance. Everyone will find themselves somewhere on this continuum!
